We provide stop smoking training to anyone who lives, works or studies in Hackney or City of London.

OUR SERVICE

We offer 12 weeks of support to help you quit, with your own dedicated stop smoking advisor and easy access to stop smoking medication. You can choose to be supported over the phone or in person.

Clients will first speak with the Smokefree Triage Service which is a one-stop-shop for all smoking cessation referrals. We work in partnership with community quit smoking services across the district to ensure people are offered convenient and culturally appropriate options for ongoing support.

Once we have booked you into your first appointment with an advisor, you will have an initial call (up to 30 minutes) where the advisor will establish what your smoking habits are like and what form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is right for you.

You can contact SmokeFree City & Hackney by calling 0800 046 9946 or by clicking on the QUIT NOW Button.

SmokeFree City & Hackney gave me the tools, resources and encouragement to finally quit smoking after 7 years. My advisory made me feel valued and I felt safe to share my struggles with her.
— Jane (44), Hackney Resident
